Whether young or old, a healthy body, inner balance and joy of life is more important than ever in today’s fast-paced, stressful society. Physical exercise and Yoga improve not only the overall posture, but at the same time have a calming effect & reduce, overall stress.
SSRANA & Co strongly believes that only a healthy body can house a healthy mind. Keeping in mind the potential benefits of Yoga, we organized a mind, body workout session for our employees at Sri Aurobindo Ashram, New Delhi.
