The Registry has refrained the applicants/agents from filing any other documents such as reminders etc. on this portal. It has also directed that reply or document submitted in response to the examination report by the trademark agent/advocate is to be duly authorized by the applicant by way of a TM-48 executed in the agent’s or advocate’s favor.

The online filing of examination report replies would apart from saving the time and expenses of trademark holders or their Agents and Attorneys would also be helpful in accelerating the process of examination of replies by the Examiners and thereby enable in clearing Registry’s backlog.
