Which is why our work from home policy provides a framework within which departments can consider how best to enable employees to achieve an effective balance between work and life outside the workplace. Our framework broadly incorporates our ethical responsibility to consider requests for flexible working for legitimate reasons.

 

Presently, our work-at-home policy is applicable to all confirmed full-time Employees and Consultants and can be availed for any kind of Emergency situations.

 

We aim to recruit and retain employees of the highest caliber, and from experience we have noticed that increasingly the opportunity to achieve a work-life balance can be as important a factor as pay and benefits in attracting and retaining employees, therefore, this policy has the aim of benefiting both the employees and S.
