  • An application can be made to the Registrar for canceling, expunging or varying of any entry relating to a geographical indication or of the Statement of Case.

  • It shall be accompanied by a statement in triplicate setting out fully the nature of the applicant's interest, the facts upon which he bases his case and the relief which he seeks. 

Appeals

 

An appeal to the Intellectual Property Appellate Board from any decision of the Registrar under the Act or the rules shall be made within three months from the date of receipt of such decision or within such further time as the said Appellate Board may allow.
