S.S. Rana & Co. organized its first Annual sports day on January 30, 2016 at Plaza Farms in Chhatarpur, New Delhi, where all the employees and consultants of the firm participated and competed with each other in a variety of games.
The event saw participation in team sports like football, badminton, cricket, relay race and even a tug-of-war (!), as well as individual games such as lemon-spoon race, musical chairs etc. All the members of the firm, including the firm’s partners, participated in all the games with equal amount of zeal and enthusiasm. Overall, the all-day event provided for good team building exercises to the firm.
Medals were awarded to the winners and runners-up of every game and sport, followed by Certificates of Appreciation to the organizing team, as well as rewards and recognition to employees of the firm for the last quarter.
Overall, the event, although being a first of its kind for the firm, was indeed a grand success.
