Patents (Amendment), Rules Draft comments by Ministry of Commerce and Industry
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India has published Draft Rules to further amend the Patents Rules 2003 which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the power conferred by Section 159 of the Patens Act, 1970, for the information of all persons likely to be affected.
The draft rules will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of thirty days from October 26, 2015. The Ministry has invited objections/ suggestions from the public on the Draft Bill by November 26, 2015.
