In recent years, organisations have recognized the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture that prevents harassment and gender discrimination. This is where <strong>POSH training and sensitization<\/strong> come into play.<\/p>\n<p>The POSH Act mandates that an organization should take all steps to spread awareness amongst employees about the acceptable and non-acceptable behaviours at workplace. Therefore, every employer is obliged to periodically organize training and sensitization programmes for its employees in order to create a safe working environment.<\/p>\n<p>We provide customized training and sensitization sessions to suit the level of understanding of different cadres of employees.
