WHAT IS THE JUDCIAL SYSTEM OF INDIA?

In India, justice is delivered through court of law. The powers of Judiciary is derived from the Indian Constitution, which defines the framework of the Indian Judicial System. The Indian Constitution outlines the setup of Indian courts to administer the functioning of the laws within the country. A notable feature of Indian Judicial System is that it follows “common law system” wherein the customs, precedents and legislation, all codify the law of the land.
