Day 2 of the Symposium saw Mrs. Sukku, Senior Patent Agent at S.S. Rana & Co. interacting with the participants on the topic “Role of Patents in Innovation Economy” on November 04, 2020.
In this highly engaging session, she elaborated on Patent searching, drafting specification, Patent application filing and related procedures, and the benefits that the Government provides to Start-Ups. Overall she gave a detaimed insight into the various nuances of the Indian Patent Law.
