Ms. Sukku, Senior Patent Agent, SS Rana & Co was invited by the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) & Intellectual Property Rights Cell (IPR Cell) of the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda in collaboration with Punjab State Council for Science & Technology , Chandigarh to celebrate the World IP Day in a workshop held as a virtual meet.
Intellectual Property Rights & its effective management for start-ups
The theme of the workshop was “ Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) & its effective management for start-ups”. The virtual celebration was held in presence of esteemed guest speakers such as Ms Pooja Bhatia (Chief Manager, i-TTO), Ms Reema Sahni (Project Manager, i-TTO) & Ms Pragati Aggarwal (Sr. Project Officer, i-TTO).
In the workshop, Ms Sukku shared her vast knowledge on patents – filing and prosecution process in India effectively. She also elaborated on the patentability and non-patentable subject matters, patents searched and drafting specification, post-grant process etc.
