INTRODUCTION

The Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) was introduced to safeguard and protect women at workplaces from sexual harassment.

To make it more effective both in letter and spirit, the government has the right to call for records of any organization to keep a check on its compliance and keeps on releasing notifications as to the same.
