JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Manager – Accounts

Location: Delhi

PQE: 8 to 10 Years

Education: B.Com (Graduate),M.Com, MBA

Job Profile-:

  1. Should have experience and good knowledge of Accounts receivable, payables and accounts Management.
  2. Knowledge of Income Tax, Returns, Assessments and hands on experience in dealing with Income Tax Authorities.
  3. Knowledge of Service Tax, Returns, Assessments and hands on experience in dealing with Service Tax Authorities.
  4. Knowledge of Cenvat Credit, DTAA, foreign exchange hedging
  5. Supervise overall account functions.
  6. Generate and regulate important MIS for Management for financial reporting.
  7. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year financial complain dead lines.
  8. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  9. Prepare budget and forecasting for better cash flow management.
  10. Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  11. Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, vendor and client reconciliations
  12. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Able to lead and take charge of Accounts Dept.
  2. Hands on work experience of entries , bookkeeping, Tally erp 9
  3. Able to handle all financial work for the Firm
  4. Well versed in accounts- payable, receivable, budget making, Taxation(IT, ST, TDS) dealing,
  5. Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken.
  6. Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
  7. Should posses positive attitude and High moral values
  8. Should have high level of responsibility for the assigned job to be finished.
