EMPLOYEE UP-GRADATION PROGRAMS
S.S. Rana & Co. regularly organizes Management Development, Team Building and Motivation workshops for all its employees. The technical sessions of the workshops are chaired by the senior and managing partners of the firm. Such sessions greatly enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees and keep them abreast with the latest and current legal developments around the world.
In 2017, because of the excellent employee engagement policies the Firm also won the Great Places to Work Certification Programme. Every year, more than 8000 organizations from over 50 countries partner with Great Place to Work Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. Great Place to Work Certification Program is the first step for an organization in its journey to build a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture and our organization has successfully accomplished this breakthrough.
WORK FROM HOME POLICY
We acknowledge that our employees are most productive when they have achieved a work-life balance that enables them to meet their responsibilities outside work. Which is why our work from home policy provides a framework within which departments can consider how best to enable employees to achieve an effective balance between work and life outside the workplace. Our framework broadly incorporates our ethical responsibility to consider requests for flexible working for legitimate reasons.
Presently, our work-at-home policy is applicable to all confirmed full-time Employees and Consultants and can be availed for any kind of Emergency situations.
We aim to recruit and retain employees of the highest caliber, and from experience we have noticed that increasingly the opportunity to achieve a work-life balance can be as important a factor as pay and benefits in attracting and retaining employees, therefore, this policy has the aim of benefiting both the employees and S. S. Rana & Co., as an employer.
The Firm recognizes the importance of birthdays as a milestone in one’s life and the interests of its employees in celebrating their spouse’s birthday and anniversaries.
Keeping in mind our employees’ interests, the Firm provides a whole day planned leave to everyone on their birthday and a quarter day (short leave) to everyone on their spouse’s birthday and their anniversary.
