SSRANA & Co., conducted a recent event commemorating a decade of Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, popularly known as the #POSH Law.
This celebration served as a platform to look back on the journey of the POSH Act and our accomplishments whilst setting the stage for a future where employee wellbeing is at the helm of our organization’s operations.
Our celebration also featured a panel of industry leaders who provided unique perspectives on the POSH law by seamlessly blending their industry expertise with the current developments in the Act. The exchange of ideas illuminated a collective commitment towards fostering a culture of respect, equality and dignity in the workplace.
The launch of POSH E-Learning Module by Lex Rikai in collaboration with S.S. Rana & Co. was the highlight of the event.
