Associate Partner (Patent), Renu Bala Rampal, was invited as one of the speakers for National e-Workshop on Innovation & Intellectual Property Rights (NeW IPR-2023) on June 14, 2023 (Day 3 of One Week workshop), organized by Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)– Institute of Minerals & Materials Technology, Bhubaneswar, India, for an online session on the topic, “Patentability – Criteria, Commonality & Conclusion (3C).
Ms. Renu, elaborated on the patentability criteria, list of non-patentable inventions and assessment of patentability with examples. She also explained on how to filter an invention out of a plethora of ideas and points to be considered before filing a patent application.
