FICCI organized The CSO Conclave on October 20, 2023 with an objective to provide opportunity to physical, data & cyber security companies to learn from SOs about their requirements for technological solutions in view of changing risk landscape and invited SSRANA & Co as a partner at FICCI, Federation House, New Delhi.
During the Conclave, Vikrant Rana, Managing Partner of SSRANA & Co was invited to speak on THE DIGITAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2023 AND IT’S IMPLICATIONS FOR CSOs and CISOs in which he elucidated about Data and its importance considering the evolving technological landscape the world in is today. The session touched upon the incidents of data breaches, Analyzed the use of AI in ensuring cybersecurity, the concept of cookies and consent management, role of Data Fiduciaries, Rights of Data Principals along with Road towards compliance with the Data Protection Law.
The Conclave was a forum for Panel discussion and networking on a wide range of topic including the following :
