Day 4 of the symposium saw Ms. Ananyaa Banerjee Senior Associate at S.S. Rana & Co. speaking on ‘Introduction to Trademark Law, Due Diligence and M&A’. In the highly engaging session, Ms. Banerjee began by expounding on the existing legal regime related to Trademarks in India.
