Required:
(1) clear representation of the trademark;
(2) applicant’s full legal name and address;
(3) entity type;
(4) description of goods or services classified under the Nice Classification;
(5) signed Power of Attorney in favour of the authorised trademark attorney; and
(6) for companies and LLPs, a copy of the certificate of incorporation. Startups claiming the concessional fee must also submit a valid DPIIT recognition certificate.
