JOB DESCRIPTION

Educational Qualification:-MBA/ Post Graduation in any stream or diploma in management.

PQE-: 1- 3 Years

  • HR/Manpower planning.
  • Training Coordination..
  • Internal Employee Recruitment, Retention and Relieving & managing documentation formalities.
  • Handling employee queries.
  • Management of firm’s policies and strategies and communicating the same to employees.
  • Planning and managing employee training and development.
  • Independent, self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent comprehension and presentation skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED
