Job Description
Develop and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedure.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and information security standards.
Liaising with external certifying bodies for external audits planning, facilitation of audits.
Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Provide training to employees on quality standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes.
Should be a Certified Internal Auditor.
Should have used and implemented lean and kaizen tools.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Must be proactive and good at verbal and written communication.
Ability to work under pressure and provide quality work.
