We are delighted to share that Ms. Anuradha Gandhi, Managing Associate at S.S. Rana & Co., was invited to deliver a special session on the occasion of International Women’s Day at the National Pension System Trust (NPS Trust).
The session, centered on the theme of empowering women and leadership, evolved into an inspiring dialogue on the importance of women bringing their whole selves to the workplace. Ms. Gandhi, assisted by Ms. Rachita Thakur, Senior Associate, eloquently explored contemporary ideas of masculinity and femininity, drawing upon the profound symbolism of Lord Shiva’s Ardhnarishwar avatar. She emphasized how achieving harmony between masculine and feminine energies is essential for unlocking one’s fullest potential and truly “fathoming the sky.”
Adding further depth to the interaction, Ms. Suparna Tandon, NPS, through her diverse experience, shared powerful insights to motivate young minds, highlighting the importance of being courageous enough to show up, even when the world decides otherwise.
