The inaugural session witnessed a welcome note by Anil Rajput, Chaiperson, ASSOCHAM National CSR Council and President-Corporate Affairs, ITC Limited followed by industry and special address by Sarika Minda, Chairperson, SparkMinda Foundation and Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, Transgender Rights Activist respectively. Susan Jane Ferguson, Country Representative at UN Women India was the keynote speaker for the session. The session emphasized on the influence of workforce diversity on business performance.
The Special Session on “Role of leadership in championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” aimed stressed at the significance if inclusion in Employee satisfaction and retention. The Third Session deliberated the Employee Sensitization and Training programs to create a more inclusive workforce.
