As part of its ongoing initiative to celebrate World IP Day (April 26) each year, S.S. Rana & Co. is organizing a series of IP awareness sessions across colleges and universities nationwide. Through these engagements, the Firm aims to promote a deeper understanding of intellectual property and its growing relevance in diverse sectors.
In continuation of this initiative, we are delighted to share that Johny Solomon Raj, Associate Partner of S.S. Rana & Co. had the honour of delivering an insightful session on the topic Empowering Innovation: Unlocking the Value of Intellectual Property in Academia at IIITDM Kurnool.
The session explored how Intellectual Property Rights is essential in Acedemia. Mr. Raj discussed in detail patents, trademarks, designs and copyright and also discussed Section 3 of the Indian Patent Act. The session was well received by professors, students and research scholars.
