In the session, Vikrant Rana, shed light on the upcoming challenges for the intellectual property professionals in private practice owing to rise in third-party legal service providers. Highlighting the benefits accruing from services of a private attorney, Vikrant Rana concluded the session by emphasizing upon the fact that law firms can maintain their services whereas non-legal routine tasks can be sourced to third party service providers.
