IP Press Course on Fashion Law
It gives us immense pleasure to share that Ms. Priya Adlakha, Associate Partner at S.S. Rana & Co. was invited by The IP Press as a Speaker for their Certification Course on Fashion Law.
During the session, Ms. Adlakha focused on the relevant laws giving protection against counterfeiting in the Fashion Industry including the new Rules framed under the Consumer Protection and Information Technology Act; the process of civil and criminal raid actions. Ms. Adlakha also highlighted the process of registration of IPR and complaint mechanism for seizure of counterfeit goods in the Indian Customs Act and USA.
