Day 2 of the symposium saw Ms. Ananyaa Banerjee Senior Associate at S.S. Rana & Co. speaking on ‘Understanding Trademark Law’. In the highly engaging session, Ms. Banerjee began by expounding on the existing legal regime related to Trademarks in India. She further stressed on the interplay between the business world and Trademark Law and its implications in the modern economy.
