It gives us immense pleasure to share that Rupin Chopra, Associate Partner at S.S. Rana & Co. was invited as a panelist for a discussion on the Theme “Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights” by Campus Law Center for their 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and International Law.
Mr. Chopra during the discussion on AI and IPR protection in India laid emphasis on several intrinsic factors like Artificial Intelligence inventorship, the inventorship rights of an AI in India and the Indian patent laws and AI.
