SSRana team at the CEO Roundtable
It gives us immense pleasure to share that the German Engineering Federation (VDMA) in association with SSRANA & Co. organized “THE CEO ROUNDTABLE” on July 28th, 2022 at The Leela Ambience Gurugram. The Roundtable was graced by the presence of Anurag Mantri, Group CFO at Jindal Stainless (Chief Guest of the event), some of the top Industry leaders, CEOs / Managing Directors / CFOs, and Directors of VDMA Members and Indo- German Companies.
Mr. Rana during the CEO Roundtable discussed the intriguing topic of “Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection in India”. During his discussion, he elucidated on various aspects of counterfeiting including impact of counterfeiting on brand owners, the legal provisions, remedies and also the recent judicial trend observed in award of pecuniary damages in counterfeiting and IPR infringement cases in India.
