Rana & Co. was recently invited for a interactive digital panel session on ‘Trade Secret Protection in India’ organised by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) with the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) on November 23, 2020.
In this highly enriching session, Vikrant gave an insight into the best practices that corporates need to adopt to have a robust internal trade secret protection policy and emphasised on the need to have a legislation protecting trade secrets in India.
