We are pleased to share that Mr. Vikrant Rana, Managing Partner at S.S. Rana & Co. was invited for presenting a Webinar on “Design: Protecting the Aesthetics”, organized by the National Productivity Council (DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry) in collaboration with @Innovation Technology Transfer Office (#i-TTO), FITT IIT Delhi.
In the webinar, Mr. Vikrant Rana communicated his insights on the Importance of Design filing and protection. He elucidated as to why the protection of design and aesthetics holds substantial value for entities in this era. He also illustrated as to how aggressively companies have protected their design features and also reigned relevant markets owing to their unique design and features. Mr. Rana also highlighted the underutilization of the benefits of design registration and design protection in India.
