S.S. Rana & Co. in collaboration with IIC, TERI School of Advanced Studies organized a workshop on Company Formation in India- Types, Laws & Legal Compliances on February 27, 2021.
Mr. Nihit Nagpal, Managing Associate at SSRANA deliberated on the topic “How to set up a Company in India: Laws and Compliances” in the workshop. Mr. Nagpal focused on areas relating to the legalities and compliances involved in setting up a company in India. He enlightened the participants comprising of students, research scholars, and alumni of TERI School with his pristine knowledge about company law and company formation in India.
