Conduct in-depth research on case studies pertaining to data protection laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 200, DPDP Act and GDPR
Analyze judicial precedents, regulatory developments and global trends in data protection and privacy
Drafting of insightful and well researched articles related to data protection laws, privacy frameworks and emerging AI trends in the industry practices.
Assist in conducting data protection impact assessments to identify risks associated with data processing activities
Assist in drafting and review of Privacy Policies and Notices for various organizations to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and best industry practices
Conduct gap analysis of existing privacy policies and suggest improvements based on recent legal requirements.
Assist in providing advisory support on matters related to GDPR, DPDP and other data protection laws
