JOB DESCRIPTION

Educational Qualification:-MBA/ Post Graduation in any stream or diploma in management.

PQE-: 1- 3 Years

  1. HR/Manpower planning.
  2. Training Coordination..
  3. Internal Employee Recruitment, Retention and Relieving & managing documentation formalities.
  4. Handling employee queries.
  5. Management of firm’s policies and strategies and communicating the same to employees.
  6. Planning and managing employee training and development.
  7. Independent, self-starter and self-motivated.
  8. Excellent written and communication skills.
  9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  10. Proven ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities.
  11. Excellent comprehension and presentation skills.
