JOB DESCRIPTION

  2. Job Location: South Delhi, New Delhi
  3. PQE: 3+ Years
  4. Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Job Description:-

  • Vendor handling and management
  • Negotiating and Monitoring AMC for electronic device, AC, inverters ,EPABX Telephone, computers and photo copies etc.
  • Event planning, implementation and management.
  • Ensuring all compliances include ISO are met
  • Tracking of Assets, PO, Agreement, Invoices etc.
  • Forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
  • Managing routine maintenance of all mechanical/electrical systems
  • General office management including managing housekeeping, drivers, management of stationary and other assets.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Ability to think ‘out of box’ and bring creative, nonstandard, and innovative solutions to the table.
  • Ensuring all compliance and ISO audits are met
  • Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
  • Ability to lead the team and provide training to staff
  • Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
