Ms. Rachita Thakur and Ms. Isha Sharma, Associates at S.S. Rana & Co.., were invited to conduct a POSH Workshop at the Mayo College, Ajmer. The Workshop was conducted under the inevitable guidance and support of Ms. Anuradha Gandhi, Managing Associate at SSRANA.
The workshop was organized as a part of annual training for teachers as well as the administrative staff to educate and sensitize them about the appropriate workplace behaviours under the well nuanced POSH Law.
The POSH Sessions further deliberated on the intricacies in the procedures followed under the law, supported by the examples and case references for participants to understand the practicalities involved therein.
