Bundelkhand University, under the aegis of the Uttar Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (UPCST), Department of Science and Technology (DST), organized an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) workshop on 20 February 2026 on “Building and Creating Awareness for Protecting your Creativity & Intellectual Property Right”, to promote awareness on protection and commercialization of intellectual property.
Ms. Sangeeta Nagar, Senior Scientist, was invited as a key speaker. She addressed the participants on patent filing procedures, IP strategy, and the importance of safeguarding innovations within academic institutions.
The workshop witnessed active participation from faculty members, researchers, and students, reinforcing the significance of structured IP management in fostering innovation-driven growth.
