Comeback of Virtual hearings for TradeMark Opposition
Vide its public notice dated January 07, 2022, the Trade Marks Registry, Delhi, while taking cognizance of the recent surge in COVID-19 cases has notified that all Trademarks Opposition and Rectification hearings fixed in or for the month of January 2022 before the Registry at Delhi will now be conducted via virtual mode[1].
Further, as per the said notice hearing links will be sent on the registered mail addresses as provided in the trademark applications, oppositions and rectifications in due course to the interested parties.
