Indian Patent Office takes initiative to issue Patent Examination Reports on Real Time Basis
The office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM) has initiated the service of electronic mail intimation of the Patent Examination Reports issued by the Indian Patent Office on real time basis.
In order to improve the system, all the applicants/authorized agents are suggested to update their email IDs against the respective patent applications so that this service can be implemented and utilized in a full-fledged manner.
