Patent E-register New version launched
Controller General of Patents Design and Trademarks (CGPDTM) on September 30, 2014 released a new version of electronic patent register in IPAIRS. The new version has an additional tab called “Patent E-register” which accepts six digit patent numbers. It displays additional details of a Patent such as legal status, due dates, information on working of patents, parent or divisional applications etc.Given here is a screenshot of the IPAIRS Version 2.0 as seen on the CGPDTM website;
