The Indian Intellectual Property Office issued a circular[1] on June 6th, 2022 stating that the Office has received a request from the Japan Institute for Promoting Invention and Innovation (JIPII) and the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) through Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) seeking nomination of suitable candidates for the following three Programs being organized by Japan Patent Office (JPO) for the Financial Year 2022-23:

For details enumerating the requirement of the target participants for the aforesaid training programs, reference can be made to the General Information on the JPO/IPR Training Program FY 2022 for each program. Preference will be given to the candidates who possess the qualification and experience as per JPO criteria and has not attended the program earlier.
Interested candidates who are eligible for the above said programs have to send their JPO-IPR Training application, CV and other necessary documents including a copy of the passport as indicated in the application form by email to asamal.ipo@nic.in and hard copy (in duplicate) by post as required in General Information on JPO/ IPR Training Program FY 2022, addressed to:
