The Haryana Government launched the Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) Portal on June 5, 2020 at http://harudhyam.edisha.gov.in/ to create a database for the industries operating in Haryana and the employees associated with it, which will further enable the government to design welfare policies for the future.

The new portal has been developed under a joint collaboration of Citizen Resource Information Department (CRID), Department of Industries & Commerce and Department of Labour & Employment, with a motive of integrating services and data in respect of Haryana for enabling better planning and support.

It is to be noted that the H.U.M portal has been developed in line of vision of Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal of bringing all types of industries- micro, small, medium and large enterprises registered in Haryana on a single platform. A unique H.U.M. number would be issued to every industry registering on this portal. It is a user friendly portal and for registration, the industries are required to fill up basic details. The registered enterprises would also have to upload the basic details of their employees engaged in the enterprises, the official report says.

HUM Registration

Enterprises and businesses operating in Haryana, irrespective of type and size, may register and obtain Udhyam ID by registering themselves on the HUM portal. This unique ID would constitute a primary key for integrating data and services in respect of Haryana, for better planning and support.

The HUM portal is available for the enterprises or industries operating in the State of Haryana.
