The Haryana Government launched the Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) Portal on June 5, 2020 at http://harudhyam.edisha.gov.in/ to create a database for the industries operating in Haryana and the employees associated with it, which will further enable the government to design welfare policies for the future.

The new portal has been developed under a joint collaboration of Citizen Resource Information Department (CRID), Department of Industries & Commerce and Department of Labour & Employment, with a motive of integrating services and data in respect of Haryana for enabling better planning and support.
