Associate/Senior Associate-IP and Corporate Law
Filing & Prosecution of IP Applications and providing legal opinion on IP matters.
Preparing, maintaining and updating client IP portfolio
Handle client queries on IP Practices in India and draft legal opinions.
Prepare Notice of Opposition as well as Counter Statement Reply, Notices and Rejoinders.
Attending show cause hearings at Trademark Registry.
Managing and Maintaining IP filings, prosecution and renewals.
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents for clients and advising them on legal matters; sending legal notices.
Statutory Compliances arising under company law, ROC compliances, Labor Law, FSSAI, legal metrology, Ecommerce, Cyber laws, health & sanitary law and drugs & cosmetics laws, etc.
Advising clients, drafting opinions and common law research.
Well versed in .Net Technologies .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio IDE, Entity Framework. Must have Working experience in JQuery/ JavaScript, HTML5/Bootstrap.
Knowledge of Deploying/Configuring/Securing web apps on IIS 7/8.
Knowledge of MVC & Angular JS. Database design & integration with MS SQL Server. Good SQL/data modelling skills.
Design, develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models using Tensorflow, PyTorch and transformer.
Create and deploy RESTful API using Flask and FastAPI.
Work with vector databases like Qdrant and ChromaDB for efficient similarity search.
Apply Image processing and computer vision techniques for image analysis and processing.
Familiarity with GenAI techniques (Like RAG and PEFT).
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled.
In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, API Development, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Pandas, NLTK and sci-kit-learn.
Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
Create large-scale data processing pipelines to help developers build and train novel machine learning algorithms.
Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.
Debugging codes when required and troubleshooting any Python-related queries.
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Python development.
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
Develop and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedure.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and information security standards.
Liaising with external certifying bodies for external audits planning, facilitation of audits.
Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Provide training to employees on quality standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes.
Should be a Certified Internal Auditor.
Should have used and implemented lean and kaizen tools.
Should have skills in Photoshop, Adobe DreamWeaver, HTML/CSS Graphic Design, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDrawDream viewer and other Designing tools
Must be proactive and good at verbal and written communication.
Should have implementation experience in website, mobile apps, etc
