The Official Fees for every extra sheet over 30 sheets and every extra claim over 10 claims during the patent application process in India is as follows:
- For Natural Person/Startup/Small entity/educational institute – INR 160 per sheet and INR 320 per claim
- For Large or any other entity – INR 800 per sheet and INR 1600 per claim
